Reporting an Absence
Student absences can be reported in the following ways:
SMS Absence Message
Absences can be reported by sending a text message to 0499 447 722. Please note this number is text only and does not accept phone calls. Messages sent to this number will not receive a response. For enquiries, please contact Student Services on 8445 7944 (Option 2).
Absence Hotline
Our 24-hour absence hotline allows parents and caregivers to report student absences at any time by leaving a message with the student’s name and Mentor Group. Please call 8445 7944 and select Option 1.
Daymap Companion App
Absences can also be submitted via Daymap Companion App. This platform allows parents and caregivers to notify the school of an absence and, where required, attach supporting documentation such as medical certificates. To do this, select ‘Absence Notification’ next to your child’s photo.
